To keep it short and sweet, it is every American’s right and duty to vote during any and all elections. A lot of the time this doesn’t happen because people simply feel like they don’t have the time. Organizations really need to play their part and provide their employees an opportunity to vote during the work day. This is a great way to build culture and engagement.
